This townhouse showed no visible signs on top of the carpet of pet urine but as soon as you walked in to the house, the smell overwhelmed you.

When we peeled back the carpet, the urine stains were very visible in all 3 carpeted bedrooms. The urine in the tile was detected with a black light.

Now with the problem identified we could proceed to solve the dog urine contamination. (FYI: Cat urine is a stronger odor)

With so much urine, we removed and discarded the old saturated pad.

We cleaned and sealed the concrete floor. (FYI: The subfloor can be wood, plywood, concrete.)

Now we installed new pad. The final step is installing the cleaned and treated carpet.
